Coordinating Partners consist of federal, state, county and local agencies, education institutions, and not-for-profit agencies who will commit significant institutional resources to the fulfillment of the mission and goals of the Mighty Acorns Partnership. These commitments include serving on various task forces, work groups, committees or the board.

Benefits to and Expectations of the Coordinating Partners:
• Participate and vote in meetings which determine the guiding principles and future of the partnership and program
• Eligible to be elected to the Mighty Acorns Board.
• Serve on a Mighty Acorns Task Force
• Attend three partner meetings and the annual retreat each year
• Receive all benefits and meet expectations of General Partners.

General Partners consist of federal, state, county and local agencies, education institutions, and not-for-profit agencies that deliver the Mighty Acorns Program and support the mission of Mighty Acorns, but are not in a position to commit major resources to the coordination of the partnership.

Benefits to and Expectations of General Partners:
• Deliver the Mighty Acorns program in a manner that aligns with the mission and goals outlined above.
• Report to the Mighty Acorns Assistant updates on numbers of schools and students involved in their Mighty Acorns Programs
• Send at least one representative to the annual Mighty Acorns Retreat
• Permitted to use the Mighty Acorns logo
• Access to Mighty Acorns historical documents and information
