The Mighty Acorns® program is designed to provide students with multiple, meaningful, sustained interactions with the ecosystems on which all life depends. The program involves hands-on restoration and exploration experiences in natural areas, supplemented by classroom and on-site activities focused on achieving the educational outcomes. The program’s Educational Foundations are rooted in widely accepted standards of environmental education. |
